We had no trouble flying out, getting our rental, or checking in at the hotel. When we left and returned the rental car it was quick and easy, and we had no trouble with our flight home. You went ABOVE and beyond planning this trip for us and we cannot thank you enough!

Hey Anna,
So sorry it took so long to answer this I just found it.
So we loved the resort it was big it had many pools. The food was pretty good except they had Starbucks coffee.
My favorite part was the ease of the car rental. They were fantastic quick to get it and to drop it off. Tyler‘s favorite part was the airboat excursion seeing the wildlife and a part of Florida. We hadn’t really seen before the Everglades.
The things I would want to do different doesn’t really have much to do with you. I prefer never to fly Southwest again until they assigned seats. Other than that, we had a fantastic trip!
